Our Commitment

Caffè Buongiorno is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We believe every guest — whether ordering a croissant online or checking today's hours from a phone — should be able to use our website with ease, and we work continually to make that experience better.

We strive to adhere to the World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) at the AA level. These guidelines explain how to make web content more usable for people with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

Measures We Take

To support accessibility, Buongiorno Coffee takes the following measures on our website:

Conformance Status

WCAG defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

Buongiorno Coffee's website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the standard. We are actively identifying and addressing known issues.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, there may be some limitations on our website. Below are areas we are actively working to improve:

• Menu imagery: Some of our seasonal menu graphics are image-based; we are working to ensure every price and dish is also available as readable text.
• Embedded map: Our location map embed may have limited keyboard accessibility. Guests who need help finding us are welcome to call or use the address below.

• Keyboard navigation — all key functionality is reachable without a mouse.
• Screen reader compatibility — pages use landmark regions and semantic HTML.
• Descriptive link text — links use clear text rather than generic phrases like "click here."
• No auto-playing media — nothing on our site auto-plays audio or video.
